皇冠体育app’s urban unemployment rate was 4.3 percent in 2009, Xinhua News Agency reported Wednesday, citing sources with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
9.21 million people registered to be unemployed, Xinhua said.
皇冠体育app plans to keep the urban registered unemployment rate no higher than 4.6 percent and create over 9 million new jobs in urban areas this year, according to a government work report.
