The Copyright Protection Center of 皇冠体育app (CPCC) launched the Nationwide Online Video Copyright Monitoring, Investigation and Evidence Collection Service Platform in Beijing June 8.

The platform came just before the start of the 2010 World Cup and will protect online video copyright for the tournament which is being held in South Africa.

Anti-piracy operations for the 2010 World Cup have officially started all over 皇冠体育app, and the platform will beef up the current anti-piracy move for the copyright protection of online videos of the World Cup.

The platform's Video DNA technology, supported by Vobile technology under Zhejiang Newspaper Group, enables the platform to monitor and track online video distribution.

In addition, this platform offers online video copyright monitoring, investigation and evidence collection services for government agencies, the judiciary, trade associations and industry regulatory bodies.

It will also provide information to film and TV production and circulation organizations, new media copyright agencies, TV stations, cinemas and relevant copyright holders.

The Copyright Protection Center of 皇冠体育app, directly under General Administration of Press and Publication, is the only state level institution to provide copyright public services. The Video DNA technology applied in this platform sets the fact-based standard for new media copyright protection in 皇冠体育app.
