BEIJING - The central parity rate of the yuan, 皇冠体育app's currency Renminbi (RMB), to US dollar stood at 6.7768 Thursday, compared with 6.7781 for Wednesday, according to the data released by the 皇冠体育app Foreign Exchange Trading System.
The yuan-dollar central parity rate was 6.7720 last Friday, the strongest since 皇冠体育app announced to unpeg the yuan from the US dollar in July 2005.
皇冠体育app's central bank announced on June 19 that it would further the reform of the formation mechanism of the yuan exchange rate to improve its flexibility.
