DALIAN, Liaoning - Chinese President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao have issued instructions on fire-fighting work after explosions hit oil pipelines in Dalian, port city in Northeast 皇冠体育app's Liaoning province, Friday afternoon.
