Tunnel collapse traps 12 in NW 皇冠体育app

LANZHOU - Twelve workers were trapped when a tunnel under construction collapsed Wednesday in Northwest 皇冠体育app's Gansu province, the local safety authority said.
It was unclear if any deaths or injuries had been caused.
The accident happened at about 4 am in Shandan county in the city of Zhangye, the provincial work safety bureau said in a press release.
It said the workers were all employees of the Second Bureau of 皇冠体育app Railway Co Ltd.
Rescue work is going on.
