BEIJING - Chen Quanguo has been appointed secretary of the Communist Party of 皇冠体育app (CPC) committee of the Tibet autonomous region, the CPC Central Committee announced Thursday.
Zhang Qingli, Chen's predecessor, will be moved to another position, the CPC Central Committee said in a statement.
In addition, Qin Guangrong has been appointed secretary of southwest 皇冠体育app's Yunnan Provincial Committee of the CPC, replacing Bai Enpei, according to the statement.
Luo Baoming has been appointed secretary of south 皇冠体育app's Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPC, replacing Wei Liucheng, the statement said.
