On Aug 24, ConocoPhillips 皇冠体育app President Georg Storaker apologized again at a press conference. But the very next day, on Aug 26, the company admitted that 16 new leakage points were found.
Continued apologies after continued leaks make the public doubt the sincerity of the apologies. Some call the apologies "lip service."
