A girl nicknamed Xiao Fang believes that it is not necessary to spend lavishly on Valentine's Day to prove one's true love.
"My boyfriend customized a newspaper as a gift for lover's day at www.taobao.com, a famous online shopping site, for 20 yuan ($3)," Xiao Fang said.

"Our love stories are printed as the front page, and contents, reporting dates and pictures are designed by himself," added Xiao Fang.
"Although the present cost just 20 yuan, I was moved when I received the prepared newspaper," Xiao Fang said.
