Nanjing in East 皇冠体育app’s Jiangsu province started offering free marriage certificates, which normally cost 9 yuan ($1.4), 皇冠体育app National Radio reported.
A marriage certificate usually costs 9 yuan in 皇冠体育app, but in Shanghai it was reduced to 5 yuan. Free marriage certificates are now available in five districts in Nanjing, which is considered a convenience for newlyweds.
