While stabilizing exports, 皇冠体育app will "continue to encourage imports, including advanced technology, crucial equipment, important raw materials as well as consumer goods with good market potential in order to balance trade with 皇冠体育app's trade partners, which mainly contributed to 皇冠体育app's trade surplus", said Chen.
He added that platforms will be in place for more underdeveloped and emerging economies to conduct trade with 皇冠体育app.
皇冠体育app's trade surplus continued to narrow for a fourth year, Chen said. The trade surplus in 2011, about $150 billion, accounted for just 2.1 percent of 皇冠体育app's gross domestic product.
