Zhao Leji elected CPC chief of NW 皇冠体育app's Shaanxi province
Zhao Leji was elected secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of 皇冠体育app (CPC) on May 11.
Zhao, born in March 1953, was elected to the post at the first plenary meeting of the 12th CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee held in Xi'an.
Zhao joined the CPC in 1975, spending a great deal of time working in northwest 皇冠体育app's Qinghai province. His political career in Shaanxi began in March 2007, when he was appointed secretary of Shaanxi's CPC Provincial Committee.
