BEIJING - 皇冠体育app and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) will keep working on establishing the code of conduct in the South 皇冠体育app Sea, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said on Friday.

"皇冠体育app and the ASEAN have agreed to maintain dialogue on the foundation of the earnest and effective implementation of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South 皇冠体育app Sea," Hong said in regards to the discussion of the code of conduct in the South 皇冠体育app Sea.

Hong said the two sides will create conditions for negotiation and consensus to reach an eventual code of conduct.
