BEIJING - Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao on Thursday vowed to promote friendly cooperative ties with South Sudan.

Li made the remarks while meeting with a delegation from the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) led by Kom Kom Geng.
