Rain unleashes traffic chaos in C 皇冠体育app city

The rain which lashed the city of Changsha, capital of Central 皇冠体育app's Hunan province on Tuesday night spelt trouble for the people.
Waterlogging in some areas of the city threw traffic out of gear during peak hours. Traffic control was conducted to certain roads and underwater tunnels.
Meteorological experts forecasted that rainfalls caused by strong convections are expected to hit Changsha again in the next two days.
