Following are the agendas for the second sessions of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) and the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Thursday:

At 9 am, minister of finance Lou Jiwei will meet the press answering questions about the reform of fiance and taxation system.

At 10:30 am, Han Changfu, minister of agriculture, will give a press conference on rural reform and modernized agriculture processes.

At 4 pm, Minister Li Bin of National Health and Family Planning Commission will meet the press on reform of public health and family planning.
