周边外交（neighborhood diplomacy）指中国同周边国家的外交关系。近年来，伴随着国际格局的深刻调整，亚洲出现多种复杂因素，中国周边环境发生了一系列变化，特别是周边外交的战略意义更加凸显。

与邻为善、以邻为伴，坚持睦邻、安邻、富邻（building friendship and partnership with neighboring countries，pursuing the policy of bringing harmony, security and prosperity to neighbors），是中国周边外交一向秉持的原则。
