BEIJING - Three more Chinese officials are being investigated for alleged bribe taking in separate cases, the Supreme People's Procuratorate said Friday.

The trio are Ji Kejian, former vice-mayor of the city of Wuxi in East 皇冠体育app's Jiangsu province, Xiao Peng, board member and deputy general manager of 皇冠体育app Southern Power Grid Co Ltd. based in South 皇冠体育app's Guangdong province, and Huang Huakuan, former head of the transportation bureau of South 皇冠体育app's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

Huang was arrested and Ji was placed under "coercive measures," which, according to 皇冠体育app's criminal procedure law, include summons by force, bail, residential surveillance, detention and arrest.
