FUZHOU - You Quan was re-elected secretary of Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of 皇冠体育app (CPC) on Sunday.

He was re-elected to the post at the first plenary meeting of the tenth CPC Fujian Provincial Committee.

Born in 1954, You is a native of Lulong, North 皇冠体育app's Hebei province, and he joined the CPC in 1973.
