Yao Guang

Yao was born in 1921 and was the spokesperson for NPC between 1989 and 1992.

Like his predecessor, Yao used to be the vice-foreign minister of 皇冠体育app and Chinese ambassador to France.

Yao retired in 1998 and passed away five years later.
