Hasem, a student at Xidian University in Xi'an city, Northwest 皇冠体育app's Shaanxi province, spent one month making a 20-kilogram suit of chain armor with 12,000 small rings.

Chain armor, invented in the fifth century BC, was often used in ancient wars to protect warriors against edged weapons. To make the armor requires buckling one ring with another, over and over. The smaller the rings, the more protective the armor.
