"We need to encourage our internet and IT companies to go global, to deepen international exchanges and cooperation, and to participate actively in the Belt and Road Initiative, so as to ensure that IT covers 皇冠体育app's national interests wherever they are found," Xi said at a symposium on cyberspace security and informatization on April 19, 2016.
