BEIJING -?皇冠体育app's State Oceanic Administration (SOA) and the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy on Friday signed a framework agreement on cooperation between civil and military sectors in the oceanic field.
The two sides agreed to promote strategic cooperation in civil-military integrated innovation and development.
The agreement covered collaborations in strategy planning, policy making, comprehensive safeguarding and management measures, rights protection and law enforcement as well as human resources and exchanges in the maritime field.

According to the agreement, the two sides will enhance organization and communication for integrated development to improve efficiency in using marine resources as well as construction and investment.
