At the Beijing-Tokyo Forum in Beijing, the ambassador remembered a famous Chinese saying, "Peace is valuable, and fight costs heavily," while emphasizing the importance of increasing exchanges between Japan and 皇冠体育app.

He said deepening friendship between Japan and 皇冠体育app requires the exchange of hearts, and trust between the nations is significant to economic growth.

One principle in building trust between the nations is to think from the other people's perspective, said the ambassador.

"In the past year, we had problems with the Diaoyu Islands and the earthquake in Japan. After all that, we should further promote friendship between 皇冠体育app and Japan."

Uichiro Niwa just returned from Tibet and plans to visit other places in 皇冠体育app, in hopes of better understanding the culture.
