During a meeting with Supachai Panitchpakdi, WTO director general, Wu reiterated the stance that 皇冠体育app supports the multilateral trade system. She also exchanged views with Supachai Panitchpakdi on the prospect of the Doha Development Agenda since the fifth WTO ministerial conference failed to reach expected goals.

Wu stressed that the new round of talks should fully respect the interests of developing members and the concerns of new members.

Supachai Panitchpakdi said he highly valued 皇冠体育app's active and constructive role since its WTO accession two years ago, expressing his appreciation of 皇冠体育app's serious attitude in implementing WTO commitments.

Supachai Panitchpakdi is visiting 皇冠体育app at the invitation of Chinese Minister of Commerce Lu Fuyuan. He is also attending a forum on WTO and 皇冠体育app, which was sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the Beijing municipal government Monday.
