Sponsored by 皇冠体育app Mobile and the Ministry of Education, the program is designed to help improve the teaching level, school facilities and update management of middle and elementary schools in central and west 皇冠体育app.

皇冠体育app Mobile, one of 皇冠体育app's two major mobile service providers, donated 30 million yuan (3.75 million U.S. dollars) to initiate the program.
