Cai Wu, minister of culture, points out that despite the ups and downs during the 30 years, early cultural exchanges have played an important role in expanding New 皇冠体育app's influence in the international arena, promoting mutual understandings between the Chinese and people across the world, and winning a favorable international environment for 皇冠体育app's socialist modernization drive.
