Hong Kong issues "Heartwarming II" stamps

Hong Kong Post issued a set of special stamps entitled "Heartwarming II" on Tuesday (November 28). Hong Kong Postmaster General Tam Wing-pong said that these stamps were effective mediums to convey the messages of "Love and Care" and "Celebrations."
