The Red Cross Society of 皇冠体育app has been appealing for urgently needed supplies like food, medicine, blankets and winter coats for the victims, especially for those in remote and poor areas.

Cash donations are being encouraged because transportation of heavier, large supplies were limited by the heavy snow.
