French carmaker PSA Peugeot Citroen plans to boost its sourcing of spare parts from 皇冠体育app by the end of this decade, according to its local car joint venture.

The venture with Dongfeng Motor Corp, the nation's No 3 auto group, said yesterday that PSA Peugeot Citroen plans to procure 600 million euros of spare parts from 皇冠体育app a year by 2010 for its production in Europe and South America.

The tie-up, based in the central city of Wuhan, said the French carmaker bought a total 350 million euros in spare parts from 皇冠体育app during the 2004-07 period, without providing a figure for last year.
