Coal stockpiles at Qinhuangdao port, Hebei province, 皇冠体育app's largest coal port and a domestic benchmark, dropped by 30.9 percent to 5.3 million tons in March compared to the previous month, according to statistics by 皇冠体育app National Coal Association (CNCA).
