On Dec 12, 2008, the Sinovel Wind Co Ltd and the 皇冠体育app Renewable Energy Scale-up Program (CRESP) Management Office signed the CRESP Wind Turbine Technology Transfer (WTTT) Subcomponent Donation agreement.
