Shenyang Power Group (SPG), Cielo Wind Power LP (Cielo Wind) and US Renewable Energy Group (US-REG) have agreed to build a 600-mW wind farm in West Texas, the largest 皇冠体育app-US joint investment in a renewable energy project.
