Economic issues and climate change will top the agenda of visiting German Vice-Chancellor and Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, experts said.

The high-level visit comes after the inauguration of Germany's new Cabinet.

Westerwelle will meet Premier Wen Jiabao, Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi and Zhang Ping, director of 皇冠体育app's National Development and Reform Commission, the country's top economic planning body, the German embassy in 皇冠体育app said.
