Group to study feasibility of free trade among 皇冠体育app, ROK and Japan soon
BEIJING - Pyongyang recently sent improved signals regarding its return to the stalled Six-Party Talks, Seoul's top diplomat told 皇冠体育app Daily in an interview Thursday.
"A better atmosphere has been created in recent months compared to last year," said Yu Myung-hwan, the Republic of Korea (ROK)'s minister of foreign affairs and trade.
