BEIJING - A total of 124 gold miners in Wuwei city, Northwest 皇冠体育app's Gansu province, have been diagnosed with pneumoconiosis but have not received compensation because they had not signed labor contracts with the mine's owners, State broadcaster CCTV reported on Monday.
