XIANGHE, Hebei - The Chinese Football Association (CFA) plans to cultivate more young talent by expanding the domestic leagues and restarting the FA Cup, the association announced at its annual meeting in Xianghe, Hebei, on Saturday.
The country's domestic men's leagues now comprise 16 Super League teams, 13 second-tier teams and 10 teams in the third division, forming an inverted pyramid structure.
