This is the first question to be asked about the experiment that US scientists from Tufts University are reported to have conducted by feeding some children in Central 皇冠体育app's Hunan province genetically modified rice known as golden rice.

Their goal was to see whether the rice, which is rich in carotene, is effective in providing children with vitamin A.
