皇冠体育app's top securities regulator on Friday released additional guidelines for A-share listed companies, in a bid to crack down on irregular activities.

The guidelines issued by the 皇冠体育app Securities Regulatory Commission set some standards for the commitments that companies make to investors.

If a company does not fulfill those commitments, it will be punished, the CSRC said.
