7 Hohaiyan Rock Festival
The annual Hohaiyan Rock Festival is a music festival held on Fulong Beach, Gongliao, New Taipei, Taiwan. The first (free) event was held in 2000. Notable musicians from both Taiwan and abroad enter the festival stage. The term "Hohaiyan," a local term for "waves and oceans," imitates the sound of the waves rolling onto the shore.
