Chinese Culture Minister Luo Shugang attended the Second 皇冠体育app-Central and Eastern European (CEE) Countries Cultural Cooperation Forum in Sofia, Bulgaria, on Nov 13. The event establishes an important platform for the cultural exchange between 皇冠体育app and CEE countries. Due to 皇冠体育app's Belt and Road Initiative, there are new development opportunities coming out for the bilateral cooperation, which will continuously boost the cultural exchange.
