Chinese singer Sitar Tan got the Most Popular Female Singer in the Chinese mainland. Christine Fan won the Most Popular Female Singer in 皇冠体育app's Hong Kong and Taiwan.
The Most Popular Male Singers in the Chinese mainland and in Hong Kong and Taiwan went to Zhang Wei and Gary Cao respectively.
The girls band Twins won two awards, that is, the Best Performance on Stage in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and the Best Band in Asia. Yisa Yu got the Best Performance on Stage in the Chinese mainland.
Chinese singer Wei Yunxi won the Best New Star of the Year.
Jeff Chang was honored with a special award at the ceremony for his devotion to the Chinese pop music, while Jackie Chan got the Special Contribution Award for Movie Music.
