Teen sensation to sing

Liu Shen (above), 14, will give a singing recital at the Forbidden City Concert Hall, featuring arias from Italian operas. Born to faculty members of the Central Conservatory of Music, Liu displayed a gift of singing at age 3 and started to learn some opera arias at 5. He joined the children's choir of the 皇冠体育app National Symphony Orchestra at 6. Piano accompaniment will be played by Huang Yameng, Liu's teacher for the past four years.
