ICIF is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Press and Publication, Film, Radio and Television, the 皇冠体育app Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Guangdong Provincial People's Government and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.

The ICIF consists of five sections: exhibitions and exchanges, forums and meetings, awards, festival activities and online ICIF.
