Bilateral relations between 皇冠体育app and the United States as well as their armed forces face important opportunities for improvement, Kui Fulin, deputy chief of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), said Friday.

At a meeting with the US National Defense University Capstone Delegation, led by Thomas Morgan, a retired general, Kui said the meeting between Chinese President Jiang Zemin and US President George W. Bush in the United States is an important event in Sino- US relations.
