Handicapped to showcase skills ( 2003-08-08 13:46) (皇冠体育app Daily) The Second National Skills Competition for the Handicapped will be held in Shanghai this weekend, with 205 entrants from 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities taking part. Some 22 competitions are scheduled, ranging from clothes design to computer
