Long holiday a time to cut staffers

All of 皇冠体育app is looking forward to the long National Day holiday, but some
companies will likely fire certain employees after the vacation, according to a
local consulting agency, Shanghai Morning Post reports.
Bian Bingbin, chief consultant for the agency, said that as performance
evaluations for the first half of the year will have been completed at most
enterprises, companies will be reassessing their employees and operations.
The long vacation will give human resources departments enough time to lay
off surplus or unsatisfactory staff members.
