Chinese private businessmen better educated

Private businessmen in 皇冠体育app are now with higher educational background, a
survey showed.
The survey conducted by the All-皇冠体育app Federation of Industry and Commerce and
other institutions indicates that the proportion of private entrepreneurs with
college or university diplomas jumped from 16.6 percent in 1993 to 33.5 percent
in 2002.
About 95 percent of private entrepreneurs covered by the survey were once
heads of state-owned enterprises, government officials, technicians, workers or
farmers. About 30.2 percent of the private entrepreneurs are members of the
Communist Party of 皇冠体育app (CPC), up 12.1 percent over 1993.
