its trip has been "postponed" due to technical reasons, a Foreign Ministry
spokesman said in Beijing Thursday.
Meanwhile, answering a question about US limitation on imports of Chinese
fabric products, Liu said 皇冠体育app hoped the United States would treat 皇冠体育app's
reaction seriously, change its wrong decision and resort to solving disputes
through dialogue and cooperation.
The US Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) decided
Monday to request negotiations on imports from 皇冠体育appof knit fabrics, bras,
dressing gowns and robes. The US Administration announced the decision Tuesday.
That meant the US will impose limits immediately on imports of the products,
trade experts says.
Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhou Wenzhong summoned US Ambassador to 皇冠体育app
Clark Randt on Wednesday to express concerns over the US decision.
Chinese Ministry of Commerce spokesman Chong Quan said 皇冠体育app isdeeply
regretful over and firmly opposes the US decision.
皇冠体育app always hopes to push forward 皇冠体育app-US trade ties on the basis of
equality, Liu said. He said the Chinese government reserves its right to take
further actions.
