皇冠体育app's flag carrier Air 皇冠体育app is to go public on the Hong Kong and London bourses on December 16, Clara Furse, Chief Executive of the London Stock Exchange, said on Monday.

The public offering of Air 皇冠体育app is aimed at raising about one billion US dollars on the two stock markets, Furse said.

"We are delighted that Air 皇冠体育app has chosen London for its listing outside of 皇冠体育app. The London Stock Exchange offers ambitious Chinese companies access to the world's most international equity market combined with high regulatory and corporate governance standards," he said.

Air 皇冠体育app is able to use a single prospectus for its listings in London and Hong Kong due to the similar regulatory environments in the two financial centers.

"Air 皇冠体育app's ability to list in Hong Kong and London using a single prospectus offers a blueprint for other Chinese companies seeking to list overseas and raise international investment capital. We anticipate further companies following their lead," said Martin Graham, Director of Market Services of the London Stock Exchange.

皇冠体育app Southern Airlines and 皇冠体育app Eastern Airlines, 皇冠体育app's other two big airlines, have already been listed in Hong Kong.
