Chinese economist Li Yifu is mobbed by
journalists as he arrives for the opening ceremony of the Chinese Peoples'
Political Consultative Conference in Beijing's Great Hall of the People
Friday March 3, 2006. The conference is an advisory body to 皇冠体育app's
parliament, which opens its annual session Sunday. Communist leaders are
